Tagging Information
Proper tagging ensures your items sell quickly and your earnings are tracked accurately.
All items must be tagged according to our guidelines before drop-off. Improperly tagged items may be returned to the consignor.
Tagging Steps
Use the Official Tag
Tags must be printed from our consignor system or handwritten on white cardstock (no lined paper). Tags must include your consignor number, item description, size, and price.
Pricing Your Items
Price items in $0.50 increments. We recommend pricing at 25–35% of original retail value. Items priced too high tend not to sell. Round numbers work best.
Attaching Tags
Use safety pins to attach tags to the upper left front of clothing. Tags must be secure and not damage the item. Do not use straight pins on any items. DO NOT DOUBLE PIN. Please use painters tape or masking tape to tag any books to prevent any damage to items when tag is removed.
Bagging Small Items
Small items (socks, accessories, small toys) should be placed in a clear zip-lock bag with the tag attached to the outside of the bag.
Discount Participation
Indicate on your tag whether you want your item included in the 50% off Sunday sale. Items marked 'Donate' will be given to charity if unsold.
Pro Tips for Faster Sales
Wash and press all clothing before tagging.
Bundle matching outfits together for better value.
Check that all zippers, snaps, and buttons work.
Include batteries in battery-operated toys.
Group books in sets of 2–3 for quicker sales.
